Advantages:
- Huge drying surface compared to the interior space
- The corresponding processing times can be realised with low drying temperatures and charging heights
- The drying process can require a loosening of the product layer. This can be achieved by recharging the product.
Especially for an initial product humidity of more
than 80 %, the pre-dryer developed by us is being applied. Here the exhaust air from the main drying sector, usually a five-belt dryer, can be applied leading to an improved utilisation of heat energy.
