Contact-Belt Dryer
 
The contact belt dryer is mainly used where the product qualities or economic considerations exclude the granulation of the product and thus the dehydration on a convective belt dryer.
The drying system is built up modularly and consists of the following basic elements:
  • Product charge module
  • Drying zone
  • Product discharge module

    Additional equipment:
    • Belt width: 1000mm to 2000 mm
    • CIP – cleaning unit
    • Rotating brushes
    • Belt washing device with spraying nozzles and a stripper unit
    • Product crusher
    • Air conditioning in closed circulating air system, inerting atmosphere for explosive products.

    • Pharmaceutical industries
    • Chemical industries
    • Ceramic industries
    • Drying of powdery products
